Aging In-Place
Grondin Construction Inc. is a Certified Aging in-Place Specialist. The CAPS designation is awarded to professionals (by the NAHB, www.nahb.org) who have been trained in the unique needs of the older adult population, common remodeling projects, and solutions to common barriers.
What is Aging In-Place?
Aging In-Place simply means being able to remain in your own home safely, independently and comfortably as your ability levels change due to age and/or disability.

Home Modifications
Aging In-Place may require different levels of home modifications. Some as simple as installing hand rails or grab bars, while other modifications can include remodeling an entire home for wheelchair accessibility.
